What this is. UnifiedPush for relay members: your apps register their own topics and push flows through. Payloads are encrypted by your apps — this server sees ciphertext and metadata only, and keeps messages for 12 hours at most.
Why members-only. Free push servers die of their own success — abuse, cost, burnout. This one is funded by the people using it, so it stays up. Access is included with relay membership (one Lightning payment, no accounts: your nostr key issues a revocable token).
The limits. Android only — Apple requires its own push network for iOS, which is rather the point. Attachments off, small messages, honest uptime. If it ever shuts down, members get notice here and via the relay — switching distributors takes a minute.
